Rosales’s paintings and visual storytelling have earned widespread recognition for reimagining classical European iconography through a diasporic lens\, centering Black women\, Yoruba cosmology\, and African mythologies in ways that challenge entrenched conventions of beauty\, power\, and divinity in Western art.
